Join us for a buzzing good time at the Bee City Festival in the heart of Wellington! Celebrate the wonders of pollinators with an exciting day full of local vendors, educational opportunities, and fun for all ages. FREE EVENT!
For over 100 years, the Lorain County Beekeepers Association has been dedicated to the preservation of beekeeping and promoting the importance of pollinators. We are proud to shine a spotlight on Wellington, celebrating our history, fostering community education, and ensuring a sustainable future for generations to come. Together, we Preserve the Past by Securing the Future of beekeeping and pollinators.

Vendor Application
APPLICATION:
- Deadline for application submission is June 15, 2025.
- 12 ft. X 12 ft. outdoor Vendor space located in front of the Town Hall. Vendors must provide their own table, chairs, and signs.
- Vendor space will be filled as applications are approved. Incomplete applications will not be approved.
ACCEPTANCE:
- Acceptance is a Commitment to Show. Vendors will be notified as soon as their applications have been approved.
VENDOR SET UP AND TEAR DOWN:
- Vendors may set up anytime after 1:00 PM on Friday and should be ready to greet customers for the opening of the Festival at 4:00 PM.
- Tear down will be Friday at 8:00 PM.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- This is a Rain or Shine Event!
- LCBA is not responsible for injuries, theft, or damages to property belonging to Vendors or Volunteers participating in the event.
